We strongly recommend you Pay at the Door by clicking “Show other payment options” then selecting Pay Offline. This is the most secure option.
All tickets except the 1-day pass include registration for all 3 days.

Registration Confirmation
You will receive a receipt and an e-ticket in your email upon registration. Please print and bring your e-ticket, as below, as well as an official form of academic or government-issued ID to the registration desk upon arrival. If you selected Pay at the Door, which we strongly recommend, please also be ready with your check or credit card.

Cancellations and Reimbursements
Any request for cancellation of registration must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat Department Publi Créations (fax Publi Créations +377.97.97.35.50) to the following e-mail: info@meetingoftheminds2010.com
Cancellation requests will be accepted until December 31st, 2009 and 70% of the paid expenses will be refunded. No refund will be possible beyond this date. All the approved refunds will be processed within 60 days after the Congress.
Method of Payment (Registration Fees)
Payments in US Dollars by secure online payment by bank account or credit card is available via Eventbrite, though we strongly recommend selecting the Pay at the Door option for best service.
